About me
I’m Kevin Weiland, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping adults find deeper healing and connection in their lives.
Whether you’re carrying old wounds, navigating life with ADHD or neurodivergence, or struggling in your relationships, I’m here to support you with compassion, mindfulness, and practical tools for growth.
My Approach
“The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted may be the major vehicle of therapeutic help.”
I view therapy as a collaborative journey rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and genuine connection.
Healing happens not by forcing change, but by creating space to listen deeply — to your body, your emotions, and your inner wisdom. My role is to support you with presence, curiosity, and practical tools as you reconnect with your resilience and move toward the life you want to live.
Professional Background
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #105716) in California.
My training includes mindfulness-based somatic therapy, experiential and relational psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and client-centered approaches. I tailor my work to meet you where you are, supporting both practical growth and deeper healing.
